Chronofilie

Die term chronofilie is deur John Money gebruik om ’n soort parafilie te beskryf waar ’n individu net seksueel aangetrokke voel tot mense van ’n sekere ouderdom.^[1][2] Die term word nie algemeen deur seksuoloë gebruik nie; hulle verkies terme wat na ’n spesifieke ouderdomsgroep verwys.^[3] ’n Moontlike geskiedkundige voorloper van die term was Richard von Krafft-Ebing se konsep "ouderdomsfetisjisme".^[4]
