Gyeran-mari (hanguel; 계란말이) utawi taluh madadar gulung, inggih punika ajeng-ajengan saking korea sané kakaryanin malakar aji taluh/adeng.[1][2] Gyeran-mari kakaryanin antuk taluh sané kakocok kacampur sareng bahan lianan sané katebih cenik-cenik mrepat. Gyeran-mari puniki madaging jangan sakadi wortel, oong miwah sané lianan. Lianan ring punika, taluh sané sampun kakacok madaging jangan puniki, kadagingin bawang kasuna taler bawang pere miwah zucchini Koréa. Gyeran-mari taler kadagingin ulam olahan sakadi ham, bacon, ulam yuyu, tuna kaleng, uyah utawi ajengan laut asin lianan miwah keju.
