Siderofori (grč. σίδηρος – sídēros = gvožđe + φόρος – foros = nosač; nosač gvožđa) su mala, visoko afinitetna gvožđem-helirani spojevi koje izlučuju mikroorganizmi poput bakterija i gljiva i služe prvenstveno za transport gvožđaa preko ćelijskih membrana,[2][3][4][5] iako se sada procjenjuje širi raspon funkcija siderofora[6] Siderofori su među najjačim poznatim agensima za vezanje Fe3+.
