Jahan-Xah (àzeri en alfabet àrab: جهان شاه; àzeri: Cahan şah; persa: جهانشاه) (1397 - 11 de novembre del 1467) fou emir i sultà dels qara qoyunlu (1438-67), el més gran de la dinastia sota el qual els seus dominis van arribar a la seva màxima extensió i poder. Va escriure poemes en llengua àzeri amb el pseudònim Haqiqi (àzeri: Həqiqi; persa: حقیقی).[1]
