Odorheiu Secuiesc (pronunciació en romanès: [odorˌheju sekuˈjesk]; hongarès: Székelyudvarhely, pronunciació en hongarès: [ˈSeːkɛjudvɒrhɛj] (en alemany: Odorhellen) és el segon municipi més gran del comtat de Harghita, Transsilvània (Romania).
En la seva forma breu, també es coneix com Odorhei en romanès i Udvarhely en hongarès. El nom hongarès de la ciutat "Udvarhely" significa "lloc del pati".
