Alphatotivirineae ist eine im Frühjahr 2024 eingerichtete Unterordnung von RNA-Viren mit doppelsträngigem RNA-Genom. Sie entspricht im Umfang im Wesentlichen der früheren Familie Totiviridae – einige Gattungen wurden jedoch abgetrennt und den Schwester-Unterfamilien Betatotivirineae und Gammatotivirineae zugeordnet.
