Barbara Kendall, CNZM, MBE (* 30. August 1967 in Papakura) ist eine neuseeländische Windsurferin. Als bisher einzige Frau gewann sie drei olympische Medaillen. Darüber hinaus wurde sie fünfmal Weltmeisterin. Ihr älterer Bruder Bruce Kendall ist ebenfalls ein erfolgreicher Windsurfer.
