Lesley Paterson (* 12. Oktober 1980 in Stirling) ist eine ehemalige schottische Duathletin und Triathletin, die heute als Schauspielerin, Drehbuchautorin und Produzentin aktiv ist. Sie ist zweifache ITU-Weltmeisterin Cross-Triathlon (2012, 2018), Xterra-Europameisterin (2015) und Weltmeisterin (2011, 2012, 2018) sowie Vize-Weltmeisterin auf der Rennserie der ITU und Xterra (2009, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2019).
