Die Rosenkehlelfe (Selasphorus heloisa, Syn.: Atthis heloisa) oder manchmal auch Heloisaelfe ist eine Vogelart aus der Familie der Kolibris (Trochilidae). Die Art hat ein großes Verbreitungsgebiet in Mexiko. Der Bestand wird von der IUCN als „nicht gefährdet“ (least concern) eingeschätzt.
