The 2025 Missouri State Bears football team will represent Missouri State University as a member of Conference USA (C-USA) during the 2025 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Bears are expected to be led by third-year head coach Ryan Beard and play home games at Robert W. Plaster Stadium located in Springfield, Missouri.

The 2025 season will be Missouri State's first year in Conference USA since transitioning from the NCAA Division I Football Championship Subdivision (FCS).[1] They are ineligible for postseason play due to FCS-to-FBS transition rules.
