Aiperi Medet Kyzy (Kyrgyz: Айпери Медет кызы, romanizedAyperi Medet kyzy; born 30 March 1999)[3][4] is a Kyrgyzstani freestyle wrestler. She won the silver medal in the women's 76 kg event at the 2023 World Wrestling Championships held in Belgrade, Serbia. She also represented Kyrgyzstan at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan.[5]

At the 2022 Asian Games held in Hangzhou, China, Medet Kyzy won the gold medal in the women's 76 kg event.[6] She is also a two-time medalist, including gold, at the Islamic Solidarity Games and a five-time medalist, including two gold medals, at the Asian Wrestling Championships.
