Albert Sleumer (1876 - 1964) ([ˈɑɫbərt ˈslɔʏmər]), a doctor, was the second Cifal (1912–1948) of the Volapük movement. Like Johann Martin Schleyer, Sleumer was a Catholic priest.[1][2]
