ArcGIS Urban is a commercial urban planning application developed by the Esri R&D Center Zurich, designed to support urban planners, architects, and stakeholders in managing urban development projects, visualizing future growth, and evaluating the impact of planning decisions.[1]
The application allows users to model their city in 3D, and study plans and projects in the context of zoning and land-use regulations, as well as custom metrics such as population, energy use and fiscal implications.
