Arirang TV (Arirang International Broadcasting) (Korean: 아리랑 국제방송) is an international broadcasting station operated by the Korea International Broadcasting Foundation, based in Seoul, South Korea.[1] It provides English-language information on Korean current events, culture, and history to regions around South Korea.

It began broadcasting in South Korea on 3 February 1997, with overseas broadcasting beginning on August 12, 1999. The name of the station comes from the traditional Korean folk song Arirang.[2]

Three channels broadcast 24 hours a day in English, and provide subtitle services in Spanish, Chinese, Arabic, Russian, Vietnamese and Indonesian (multilingual subtitle service).

On 9 May 2022, Arirang International Broadcasting launched Arirang Español, a Spanish-language YouTube channel.

Arirang International Broadcasting currently has approximately 153 million viewing households in 116 countries around the world.
