The Battle of Uruzgan was fought in 1893 between Hazara rebel groups and the Afghan army of Emir Abdur Rahman Khan, which ended the 1888–1893 Hazara uprisings.^[3] The last battle occurred in Daikundi Province of Afghanistan, which was historically part of the larger Uruzgan Province until 2004.
