Blanchefosse-et-Bay (French pronunciation: [blɑ̃ʃfos e bɛ]) is a commune in the Ardennes department and Grand Est region of north-eastern France. It was created in 1974 by the merger of two former communes: Blanchefosse and Bay.[3]
