Boris Lvovich Vannikov (Russian: Бори́с Льво́вич Ва́нников; 26 August 1897 – 22 February 1962), was a Soviet politician and a political commissar of Azerbaijani Jewish origin who was one of the senior program managers in the Soviet program of nuclear weapons.
