Carmunnock (/kɑːrˈmʌnək/; Scottish Gaelic: Cathair Mhanach) is a conservation village situated within the Glasgow City council area, lying within three miles (five kilometres) of East Kilbride and Rutherglen in South Lanarkshire and Busby in East Renfrewshire.
