Cartoon Network was a French children's television channel aimed at kids, available for France, Belgium, Switzerland, Luxembourg and Francophone Africa.[2][3] It was a localized version of the U.S. basic cable network of the same name launched on 23 August 1999 and is owned by Warner Bros.
