Charles Joseph Weis Jr. (born April 29, 1993) is an American football coach who is currently the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at the University of Mississippi (Ole Miss). He previously served as the offensive coordinator and quarterbacks coach at the University of South Florida from 2020 to 2021.
