Charlotte Evelyn Gay, OBE (22 February 1867 – 1 November 1958) was an English social reformer whose affiliations with the Church Army and her recognition as an Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) marked her as a significant temperance figure of the early 20th century.[1]
