Dampierre-en-Yvelines (French pronunciation: [dɑ̃pjɛʁ ɑ̃.n‿ivlin]) is a commune in the Yvelines department in the Île-de-France region in north-central France. It was created in 1974 by the merger of two former communes: Dampierre and Maincourt-sur-Yvette.[3]
