Daria Dmytrivna Chubata (Ukrainian: Чубата Дарія Дмитрівна; born July 27, 1940) is a Ukrainian physician, author, and social activist. She became a member of the National Union of Journalists of Ukraine in 2003, and twice served as a member of the Ternopil Oblast Council (1998-2002, 2002-2006). In 1980, she was awarded the Distinguished Healthcare Worker of the USSR.
