Dhananjay Panditrao Munde (born 15 July 1975)[2] is an Indian politician. Dhananjay Munde was in Bharatiya Janata Party as President Youth Wing (BJYM), who is currently a member of the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) under Ajit Pawar and was a cabinet minister in Devendra Fadnavis government.[3][4] Munde resigned as Maharashtra's Minister of Food and Civil Supplies on March 3, 2025, following the arrest of his close aide Walmik Karad in connection with the murder of Santosh Deshmukh, the sarpanch of Massajog village in Beed district.[5]
