Donna Harpauer is a former Canadian politician. She was a member of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan from 1999 to 2024, representing the constituencies of Watrous, Humboldt and Humboldt-Watrous as a member of the Saskatchewan Party. Harpauer served in the Executive Council of Saskatchewan from 2007 to 2024 in several different portfolios, including as Minister of Finance from 2017 to 2024 and concurrently as Deputy Premier from 2020 to 2024. Harpauer is the longest-served female cabinet minister in Canadian history.
