Al-Falah School (Arabic: مدرسة الفلاح, Madrasah al-Falaḥ; or abbreviation: "al-Falah") is one of the oldest schools in Saudi Arabia. It was founded by the Saudi pearl merchant Haj Mohammed Ali Ridha Zaynal on December 7, 1905, in the city of Jeddah.[1][2] Six years later, he opened a well-known branch in Mecca.[1] Haj Zaynal founded other branches in Mumbai, Bahrain, Dubai, and Hadhramaut, but they did not continue as the school’s first two branches in Jeddah and Mecca did.[3][2]
