Leendert Willem Jorinus van der Wiel (Utrecht, 15 augustus 1893 – Rotterdam, 5 maart 1960) was a Dutch road cyclist. He raced professionally from 1915 to 1927.
Van der Wiel was the Dutch elite road cycling national champion in 1915, 1917, 1918, 1921 and 1925. This makes him the record holder for the most total number of Dutch championships. A sixth victory was denied him in 1926, when he placed second behind Klaas van Nek.
In 1929 he raced as a temporary amateur and finished second at the Nation Championships, behind Frits Wiersma.
