Mount "Teremets" is a geological nature monument of local significance in Ukraine. It is located within Kamianets-Podilskyi Raion, Khmelnytskyi Oblast, east of the village of Kolodiivka.
The area covers 2.5 ha. The status was granted by a decision of the regional executive committee on September 4, 1982, No. 278. It is under the jurisdiction of SE "Staroushytskyi".
The status was granted to preserve the geological and botanical natural complex on the hill known as "Teremets". The mountain and its slopes are a unique example of rock weathering from the Tortonian Stage of the Neogene system. The flora and fauna are diverse. The following plants grow here: spring pheasant's eye, common cowslip, Podolian thyme, feather grass, wood anemone, Podolian onion, and dwarf everlast. Among birds and insects found here are: common redstart, common kestrel, swallowtail butterfly, stag beetle, peacock butterfly, and carpenter bee.
Mount "Teremets" is part of the national nature park "Podilski Tovtry".
