- Comment: Apparently the Technions’ servers are not accessible from outside Israel, and this will probably last until the war is over. Yerach Doytsher (born: 1945; Hebrew: ירח דויטשר) is a professor emeritus in the Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the Technion – Israel Institute of Technology, where he was Dean of the Faculty of Architecture and Town Planning and held the Abel Wolman Chair in Civil Engineering.[1][2]
