Elias Lumayog Ayuban Jr. CMF (born January 1, 1968) has been the bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Cubao in Quezon City, Metro Manila, the Philippines since 2024
He is a priest of the religious order commonly known as the Claretians, formally the Congregation of Missionary Sons of the Immaculate Heart of the Blessed Virgin Mary.
