Ethan Samuel Slater (born June 2, 1992) is an American actor and singer. He is best known for his role as SpongeBob SquarePants in the musical of the same name, for which he won a Drama Desk Award and received a Tony Award nomination in 2018. He had his first major film role as Boq in the musical film Wicked (2024).
