The Finnish National Agency for Education (OPH, Opetushallitus)[1] is a Finnish agency under the Ministry of Education and Culture, responsible for the development of early childhood education, pre-school and basic education, morning and afternoon activities, upper secondary education, basic vocational education, adult education, liberal arts and basic arts education. It also supports the development of education and the internationalisation of Finnish society.[2][3]
