Sir Francis Hepburn Chevallier-Boutell F.R.G.S (8 June 1851 in Aspall – 19 February 1937 in Paignton, United Kingdom) was a British engineer and sports manager, who served as President of the Argentine Football Association (AFA) between 1900 and 1906.[1][2] Boutell had also a long tenure as president of Lomas Athletic Club, being in charge from 1894 to 1918.[3]
