Francis William Fonseca (born 11 March 1967) is a Belizean politician who has served as Minister for Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade since 2024. He served as leader of the People's United Party (PUP) and as Leader of the Opposition of Belize from 2011 to 2016.[1]
