Frank Vana Chopp[1] (born May 13, 1953) is an American politician who was the 46th Speaker of the Washington House of Representatives from 1999 to 2019.[2] A member of the Democratic Party, Chopp represented Washington's 43rd legislative district for three decades (1995[3] - 2025).
