Frank Vana Chopp^[1] (born May 13, 1953) is an American politician who was the 46th Speaker of the Washington House of Representatives from 1999 to 2019.^[2] A member of the Democratic Party, Chopp represented Washington's 43rd legislative district for three decades (1995^[3] - 2025).
