Gabriel Villaruz Reyes (born August 3, 1941) is a Filipino bishop of the Roman Catholic Church who served as the third bishop of the Roman Catholic Diocese of Antipolo from 2002 to 2016. Prior to this, he was the Bishop of Kalibo from 1992 to 2002 and Auxiliary Bishop of Manila from 1981 to 1992.[1][2]
