Gagik I (Armenian: Գագիկ Ա, romanized: Gagik A) was a Bagratid king of Armenia who reigned between 989 and 1020,[4] under whom Bagratid Armenia reached its height[5] and enjoyed a period of uninterrupted peace and prosperity.[6]
