Glenn Louis Kirschner (born January 2, 1961[1]) is an American attorney, a former U.S. Army prosecutor, a former assistant U.S. Attorney in the office of the United States Attorney for the District of Columbia and a former NBC News/MSNBC legal analyst.[2]
