Lieutenant-Colonel Granville Henry Loch CIE (Lushai: Mandingputara,[1] 26 January 1859-30 December 1929) was an Indian Civil Service officer and a military officer. He was superintendent of the Lushai Hill District from 1905-1906. He is accredited with the expansion and development of Fort Aijal, which would become the city of Aizawl.
