Helly Hansen (HH) is a Norwegian manufacturer and retailer of clothing and sports equipment, owned by the Canadian retail chain Canadian Tire and operated as a subsidiary. Currently headquartered in Oslo, it was previously headquartered in Moss, Norway, from its founding in 1877 until October 2009.

In February 2025, Kontoor Brands acquired Helly Hansen for $1.3 billion.[3][4]
