Herbert Amponsah Mensah (born in Kumawu on 26 December.[1]) is a Ghanaian businessman, sports administrator, and the President of World Rugby’s African association, Rugby Africa, the governing body of Rugby in Africa. He was also the president[2] of the Ghana Rugby Association[3] (GRA) operating as the Ghana Rugby Football Union (GRFU).[3]
