"Higher Power" is a song by British rock band Coldplay from their ninth studio album Music of the Spheres.[2][3] It is the second track on the album and was released as its lead single on 7 May 2021. The song was written by the band's four members, Federico Vindver and Denise Carite, and it was produced by Max Martin,[4] with co-production by Oscar Holter and Bill Rahko.[5] It received generally positive reviews from music critics and was nominated for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance at the 64th Annual Grammy Awards.[6]
