Huang Kuo-chang (Chinese: 黃國昌; pinyin: Huáng Guóchāng; Pe̍h-ōe-jī: N̂g Kok-chhiong, born 19 August 1973) is a Taiwanese politician, activist, and legal scholar. He was one of the leading figures of the 2014 Sunflower Student Movement and joined the New Power Party shortly afterwards. He served as leader of the party from 2015 to 2019, and represented New Taipei City of Xizhi District in the Legislative Yuan on behalf of the NPP between 2016 and 2020.
In 2023, Huang joined the Taiwan People's Party (TPP) and was elected to the Legislative Yuan on the TPP party list following the 2024 election. Before entering politics, Huang graduated from National Taiwan University and earned his master's degree and doctorate in law from Cornell University in the United States.
