Indian Institute of Technology Bhubaneswar (IIT Bhubaneswar) is a public technical university established by the government of India in 2008, located at Kansapada village, Khordha district, Odisha, India. It is located 24 kms south of Bhubaneswar and 4 kms from Jatni but is named after Bhubaneswar.
The institute admits students for bachelor's and master's programs via JEE Advanced and Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering respectively.[4] The permanent campus at Kansapada, Khordha District was inaugurated by prime minister Narendra Modi on 24 December 2018. The area of research are science, engineering and humanities.
