Jordan Devlin (born 15 March 1990) is an Irish professional wrestler. He is signed to WWE, where he performs on the Raw brand under the ring name JD McDonagh and is a member of The Judgment Day. In WWE, he is a one-time World Tag Team Champion and one-time NXT Cruiserweight Champion, holding the latter for 439 days to become its longest-reigning champion.
Devlin's other accomplishments on the European independent circuit include being a two-time OTT World Champion and a one-time PROGRESS Tag Team Champion. He is also known for his tenure under the ring name Frank David with Pro Wrestling Zero1 in Japan, where he became a one-time NWA International Lightweight Tag Team Champion.
