The Japan women's national baseball team represents Japan in women's international competitions. They are currently ranked first in the world by the World Baseball Softball Confederation.[1]

The team won the 2024 Women's Baseball World Cup, their seventh consecutive title.[2] The team won 39 consecutive games in the top international tournament from 2012 to 2024.[3] Japan has also won all three continental Women's Asian Cups, held from 2017 to 2023.[4]

Since 2008, the Japanese team's nickname is Madonna Japan. The team also shares the Samurai Japan nickname with the men's national team.[5][6]
