John Glover (/ˈɡlʌvər/ born August 7, 1944[1]) is an American actor, known for a range of villainous roles in films and television, such as Lionel Luthor in Smallville and the voice of Riddler in the DC Animated Universe. He also played the more comic relief role of Daniel Clamp in Gremlins 2: The New Batch
