Joseph Phuong Nguyen (Vietnamese: Giuse or Joseph Nguyễn Thế Phương; born March 25, 1957), is a Vietnamese-born Canadian Catholic prelate who has served as Bishop of Kamloops since 2016.[4] He was previously vicar general for the Archdiocese of Vancouver.[5]
