Kahak (Persian : کهک )[ a] is a city in the Central District [ b] of Kahak County , Qom province, Iran , serving as capital of both the county[ 7] and the district.[ 8] It was also the capital of Kahak Rural District [ 9] until its capital was transferred to the village of Verjan .[ 7]
