Kakistocracy

A kakistocracy (/kækɪˈstɒkrəsi/, /kækɪsˈtɒ-/) is a government run by the worst, least qualified, or most unscrupulous citizens.^[1]^: 54^[2]^[3] The word was coined as early as the seventeenth century.^[4]
